COVA was first opened in 1817 on the corner of one of Milan's most famous squares, Piazza della Scala. The tantalizing aromas of COVA's pastries and confectioneries inebriated European Royal Families and aristocrats, who used to gather at COVA Caffè before and after the opera to savour these sumptuous delights.
For over 190 years, COVA has maintained a tradition of presenting the most delicious and premium Italian confectioneries, using timehonoured recipes and but the finest ingredients.
Our wide range of delicacies includes chocolates, made with natural cocoa butter, and fruit jellies, made out of fresh fruit and high quality jam to keep a fresh fruit flavour and an intense colour. Each piece of COVA chocolate is a delicate, hand-made masterpiece of artisan tradition. Chocolates and fruit jellies are air-flown directly from COVA Milan to Shanghai. |
