SONOKO took off when the founder Sonoko Suzuki opened a restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo in 1974. It provided dishes made by removing unnecessary factors for human bodies, carefully selecting items genuinely needed for good health and beauty, and making many unique and careful preparations. It has been 38 years since, and we still provide our services in the same manner, even after having proposed internal & external esthetics in cosmetics, supplement, and food.
We provide carefully-made food by thoroughly removing all factors that can be a burden on your skin and body. All of our cosmetics, supplements, and food are developed based on the idea of "no-burden". We believe that genuine beauty comes from good health. In order to be healthy, it is indispensable to take in food and supplements that enable the internal body to rightly function. Genuine good health and beauty cannot be achieved only with cosmetics, let alone only with supplements or food. With the aim of achieving them, SONOKO has established its own food & cosmetics theory and, based on the theory, provide all of our 500 plus products ranging from cosmetics to supplements to food. |
